In 2016 pge.com underwent an interim redesign to make the main pages and navigation responsive. As part of an earlier project I had reorganized the navigation of pge.com by conducting stakeholder interviews, conducting a competitive analysis, conducting a card sort and then conducting a tree test on the reorganized navigation.
Working with IT, we designed several concepts around navigation interaction models and tested them on usertesting.com to get user feedback.
I utilized Sketch to create the designs and Invision to create the online prototype.
